well being and human values are at the core of every project. the portfolio includes award winning brands: the inns - a new british vernacular; charismatic retail – aesop; innovative well being - cowshed, and product design; wastberg lighting. she has created the vision for the soho house group, worked across product development as vice president of donna karan home and as concept creator for the swarovski crystal palace project where she reinvented the chandelier, showing in paris, milan and new york. prior to this, ilse was launch editor of bare well being magazine and founded elle decoration uk

current projects include development in hong kong, a guesthouse in sweden, a well being destination in france and a cultural salon / event space in budapest, a collaboration with tadao ando
