An installation in The Apartment in Copenhagen that restored the domestic atmosphere in the 18th Century building while showcasing the Brass Cabinet and Ilse Sofa. Bringing a sense of real life (and people) to the enfilade of rooms, we teamed up with rising star chef Frederik Bille Brahe to turn the kitchen into a pop-up restaurant for the duration of the three-month residency. We used it as a platform to host an intimate kitchen table talk series with Jan Gehl.
